Ultrasonic metal welding uses high-frequency vibration waves to transmit to the metal surface to be welded. Under pressure, the two metal surfaces are rubbed against each other to form fusion between the molecular layers.
The advantages are fast, energy saving, high fusion strength, good electrical conductivity, no sparks, and close to cold processing; the disadvantages are that the welded metal parts should not be too thick (generally less than or equal to 5mm), the welding point should not be too large, and it needs to be pressurized.
Advantage :
Welding materials do not melt and do not brittle metal properties.
Good electrical conductivity after soldering and very low or near zero resistivity.
Low requirements for welding metal surface, can be welded by oxidation or electroplating.
Soldering time is short, without any flux, gas, solder.
Welding without sparks, environmental protection and safety.
Application :
Nickel-metal hydride battery Nickel-metal hydride battery Nickel mesh and nickel sheets are mutually fused and nickel sheets are mutually fused. .
Lithium battery and polymer battery copper foil and nickel sheet are fused with each other, and aluminum foil and aluminum sheet are fused with each other. .
The wires are fused to each other, and they are fused together into one and multiple wires.
The wires are fused with famous electronic components, contacts and connectors.
Famous household appliances, large-scale heat sinks for automotive products, heat exchange fins, and honeycomb cores.
High-current contacts such as electromagnetic switches and non-fuse switches, and mutual fusion of dissimilar metal sheets.
The sealing and cutting of metal pipes can be watertight and airtight.
